NORTHERN THAILAND: Chiang Mai 7 day Yoga Retreat

  • Aleenta Retreat 189/2 Suthep Alley Tambon Su Thep, จ.เชียงใหม่, 50300 Thailand (map)

October 24 - 31, 2024

Chiang Mai, Thailand

This is the week I’ve been dreaming about making happen.

It’s been nearly 5 years since my last yoga retreat, (I see you Aruba 2018 friends!) and it’s been quite the wild world shift since then. These trips bring together the community, practice, and teachers I’ve always wanted to travel with. Surrounds us with beautiful exploration, unbelievable food, lush surroundings, and belly laughter until the midnight with brand new best friends.

Retreats are really special. This isn’t a teacher training program (although yes yes I know, you can have the CEUs bc of course we will be doing yoga and learning together) and it’s not intended to be some earth shattering transformation - although honestly, it might turn out to be.

This week is destined for realignment. a moment to reset, recalibrate, and maybe re-emerge as a more balanced, patient, full, joyous human being.

Friends and community make life worth living. and the yoga practice makes it infinitely easier and softer to live that life. It’s really the whole thing. and I truly cannot wait * kicks feet wildly with excitement *

and are you ready for the BEST part of the news? Jasmine RaShae’ of Soulful Flow Yoga is joining us teaching four classes during the week and share some of her soulful guidance and big work with the group on this retreat. Jasmine is one of those teachers that simply makes you believe, in your body, your practice, and in yourself.

We are so lucky to be able to share this journey together and I hope you’ll join us for this very special week in Thailand together.
