This 30-hour course offers an accessible and engaging opportunity for yoga teachers and practitioners to deepen their understanding of movement and refine their approach to teaching. Over the course of four days, participants will explore how to better observe, understand, and support the unique needs of each student.

Begin each session with asana, pranayama, meditation, and self-reflection to reconnect with the student experience. -

Explore the relationship between how poses look and feel—and why this distinction matters in effective teaching. -

Learn to observe movement patterns, identify challenges, and support students as they are. -
